Florida Certified Roofing Contractor CCC1334196 · Over 20 years of roofing experience · Office at 6025 Taylor Rd #107, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 · Serving Naples to Sarasota
Shea Roofing LLC installs and replaces TPO roofs on commercial buildings, multi-unit communities and new construction from our Punta Gorda office, serving Southwest Florida from Naples to Sarasota. We are TPO specialists who plan and manage large flat-roof projects, from the first site visit to the final inspection.
A commercial roof is rarely one person's decision. Someone has to defend the choice to an owner, a board or a general contractor's schedule. We make that easier with a clear written scope, one point of contact and a roof built to Florida code.
General contractors who need a roofing subcontractor on new commercial buildings
Developers and owners planning a new building or a re-roof
Property managers responsible for one roof or many
Condo and HOA boards replacing association-owned roofs
Business owners with an aging or leaking flat roof
On new construction, we work from your plans, your roof specification and your schedule. Send us the drawings and we will return a written roofing scope and bid for your package. If the general contractor has not been chosen yet, we are glad to bid for whichever team is awarded the job.

Our featured TPO project is a completed roof replacement at a multi-building condominium community in Southwest Florida. The buildings are mid-rise, with interior courtyards and dozens of rooftop A/C units. We documented every rooftop unit before work began, phased the job one roof section at a time, and heat-welded every seam of the new white membrane.
Residents stayed in their homes throughout the project.
On a large job, project management matters as much as the roofing. We plan the work in writing, tell the people in the building what is happening every day, and keep one point of contact for the owner, manager or general contractor from the first visit to closeout.
Site visit and documentation. We walk the roof, check drains, edges, penetrations and rooftop equipment, and give you a written condition summary with photos.
A written scope and bid. Itemized scope, system specification, schedule, exclusions and warranty terms, in writing, before you sign.
A phasing plan. We sequence the work by building or roof section so your tenants, residents or operations can keep going.
A formal plan email before work starts. On occupied buildings, residents receive a mass email that explains the plan and procedure for the roof, sent to a resident list collected through the property manager or sent by the manager on our behalf.
Morning A/C notices and same-day reconnection. We photograph each A/C unit before work starts. Each morning, residents are told which units will be disconnected that day, for example 10 of a building's 30 units. Every unit disconnected that day is running again by the end of the same day. We recommend an HVAC contractor who works on site alongside our crew to disconnect and reconnect the units, and we coordinate the whole schedule with them, so you have one point of contact.
Installation. Tear-off or recover, depending on the existing roof and code. Heat-welded seams, Florida Product Approved components, and an assembly designed for the wind loads your building requires.
Day-by-day updates and daily cleanup. Residents get updates every day for the whole project, your contact gets progress photos, and debris is removed every day.
Final inspection and closeout. Roofing inspection, a walkthrough with you, warranty documents and a photo record of the finished roof.
We treat your home as if it were our own, prioritizing safety, quality, and timeliness every step of the way.
Commercial roof cost depends on the building’s size, the roof’s condition, and the system selected, so every project gets a free written estimate after inspection.
Every estimate is free, written and given after we inspect your roof. Call (239) 744-6082 or (941) 207-7145.
The NDL package is issued by the membrane manufacturer and carries a separate manufacturer fee. Full warranty terms are in writing with your proposal.
A flat roof does best when drains stay clear and seams are checked after storm season. We offer scheduled inspections and maintenance plans for commercial roofs, and we handle repairs on TPO and other flat roofs.
Yes. We bid roofing packages for general contractors on new commercial buildings and re-roofs, working from your plans and roof specification. You get a written scope and one point of contact through closeout.
In most cases, yes. We phase the work by roof section, keep entrances and walkways protected, and clean up every day. The schedule is written into your proposal.

Both. We install TPO on new commercial buildings and replace or recover existing flat roofs, depending on the roof's condition and code requirements.
Our standard workmanship warranty on commercial TPO roofs is 10 years. A 20-year workmanship warranty is available when the roof is installed under a manufacturer No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty package, which carries a separate manufacturer fee. Manufacturer warranties are issued by the manufacturer under its own terms. Full terms are in writing with your proposal.
