About Shea Roofing LLC

Shea Roofing LLC is a family-owned roofing company in Punta Gorda, Florida, run by Evan and Samantha Paloukis. We repair and replace tile, metal, shingle and flat roofs for homeowners, HOA and condo communities, and commercial property owners across Charlotte, Lee, Collier and Sarasota counties.

We're a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor, license CCC1334196, licensed and insured, with over 20 years of roofing experience in Southwest Florida. When you call (239) 744-6082, you reach our Punta Gorda office, not a national call center.

Meet the family behind Shea

Evan Paloukis is the owner and the licensed contractor on CCC1334196. Evan leads the roofing side: inspections, scopes, materials and the crews on your roof.

Samantha Paloukis is co-owner. Samantha runs the office and the business side, so you know what's happening from the first call to the final walk-through.

What we work on

Tile roofing: repair and replacement, our specialty in Punta Gorda Isles, Burnt Store Isles and the rest of Charlotte County.
HOA and condo roofing: one point of contact for the board and the property manager, with written plans and daily updates.
Commercial and TPO flat roofs: installation, repair and maintenance plans.
Metal, shingle and roof repair for homes across Southwest Florida.

How we work

We look at the roof first, then tell you whether it needs a repair or a replacement.
You get a written estimate after we've seen the property.
We pull the permits when the job needs them and build to Florida code.
Warranty terms are in writing at closeout, along with the manufacturer's paperwork.
